Haj Committee finalises suppliers for food & tents
The Haj committee issued tender inviting contractors for food and tent supply on Tuesday
Hyderabad: The Haj committee issued tender inviting contractors for food and tent supply on Tuesday.
The Tender Committee members SA Shukoor, special officer, B Victor, MD Christian Minority, Nagaraj Singh, director, Minority Welfare, MA Basith, general manager, Minority Finance Corporation called for food and tent supply.
A total of three applications were received from Food Tender Mustafa catering, Khaja catering, Mehraj restaurant and catering, in which two have been rejected for not having much experience.
Mustafa catering has been selected for its offer price of Rs 250 per head for three times a day for 18 days.
For tent supply a total five applications - Aju tent and events, Khaja & CO, Hyderabad Exhibit system, Hyderabad Supplying Co, NM Company – out of which three were rejected as they lacked experience.
The Hyderabad Supplying Co was rejected for misguiding.
The company had submitted same certificates for Hyderabad Exhibit System and Hyderbad Supplying Company.
The Haj committee selected NM Company by negotiating the offer price from Rs 15 lakh to 6.25 lakh with GST.
