Uppuguda: Former Uppuguda corporator Samad Bin Abdat called upon the autowallahs in the locality to maintain order to avoid inconvenience to the general public on Sunday. He held a meeting with auto-drivers for maintaining order and following queue system while arranging in the designated space at the auto-stand. He assured them the space now allocated near Durdana Hotel, Railway under Bridge (RuB) Kandikal gate, would not be disturbed.

Abdat said that since many years autos were kept randomly and haphazardly and caused inconvenience to people. From now on, he asked them to keep autos in an orderly fashion. Generally, there are more than 20 autos which are kept in the local auto stand, but with this decision the locals hope that there would be more convenience. Auto drivers expressed gratitude to the ex-corporator for allotting the auto stand for them, as there was no space for parking autos in area earlier.
