Employees violate CS order banning outsiders in protests

Hyderabad: The leaders of Secretariat Seemandhra Employees Forum (SSEF) would be submitting a report, against the bifurcation of State, to central leaders including Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Antony committee soon in Delhi. The report would focus on various issues including medical and health, education arising after the state bifurcation and that revoking the CWC decision would be in the interest of State and employees.

SSEF leaders Krishnaiah and Muralikrishna met Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and informed him about their Delhi tour. Speaking to The Hans India, Forum secretary KV Krishnaiah said that they would meet the Prime Minister and Antony Committee and would try to impress the national leaders not to throw the State in to turmoil with the decision. He said people from eight-year-old kid to octogenarian have taken to streets in protest against state bifurcation.

On the other hand, SSEF staged various agitation programmess on Tuesday too. They took out a rally from ‘L’ Block to ‘C’ block by raising slogans demanding not to divide Andhra Pradesh. Puttaparthi MLA Palle Raghunatha Reddy expressed his solidarity to the employees. “The employees and students would face losses because of state bifurcation”, he said and added that the UPA should roll back its decision immediately. Interestingly, Chief Secretary PK Mohanty’s order not to involve outsiders in the stirs at Secretariat premises was violated by the employees, who called TDP MLA to address their rally.
