Hyderabad: The Seemandhra MPs on Wednesday wrote a letter to the AICC In-charge of state affairs, Digvijay Singh complaining over the hardships the APNGOs had to face when they held a meeting at L B Stadium in Hyderabad on last Saturday. The MPs including Lagadapati Rajagopal, Vundavalli Arunkumar, Anantha Venkatarami Reddy and A Sai Pratap said that they failed to understand why the Congress leaders in the State had openly supported the TRS move to obstruct the meeting.
They said it was unfortunate that the Congress leaders including T MPs joined hands with the separatists like TRS. This amounts to violation of the fundamental rights of the people to hold meeting at any place with due permissions, they said. Referring to various meetings and rallies organised by TJAC and other pro Telangana parties, in which Telangana Congress leaders also participated, the MPs said the Seemandhra employees or the people never objected or created any hurdles.
