The Task Force has been requested to create a special act for the protection of Seemandhra people after the state bifurcation. According to sources, after state bifurcation, many IPS officers opined for the law and order control should be within centre's jurisdiction like in the case of Delhi. The discussions with senior IPS, IAS and retired police officials have been concluded on Thursday.

From the other end, DGP Prasada Rao, Intelligence Chief M Mahendar Reddy and head of various sections of police department have participated in the third day meeting held at CRPF IG’s office. The officials have even discussed on the issue of Hyderabad commissioner and his jurisdiction.
