Eshwar Allah Tero Naam, a Hindi play directed by Dr Rammohan Holagundi, will be staged at Lamakaan, Banjara Hills, on January 30. The play is based on communal harmony. Communal hatred has eaten into the social fabric of the country and has taken such deep roots that there is an imminent danger of a collapse in the system.

The play looks at the pain and scars in a country being partitioned.
Set in a lunatic asylum, the play looks at the society from the eyes of four lunatics, a Hindu, a Muslim, a rebellious young man and a displaced king. The reasons for their condition and their accusations against the society and systems of oppressions form the central plot. Tickets for the play are priced at Rs 100 and are available on bookmyshow.
