Dot on time, the master storyteller narrated anecdote after anecdote and set up the mood for what followed -- a hilarious Q&A session. Archer informed that, as promised, the series will not end with this book and will have two more. “I could not kill all the lead characters. It is going to take two more books,” he quipped. Narrating an anecdote, Archer opined that he was never a writer but was a story-teller. “I quit politics at 34 to be a storyteller.

And four decades later I look back with pride,” he averred. Archer said that real people are his inspiration. “The fear that people might say the last book was better drives me on,” shared the septuagenarian. He thanked the audience for loving his works and informed that his eleventh visit to the country and second to the city was a pleasurable experience. Later, he patiently signed books for the audience.
