Nalgonda: Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Raja Singh stated that youth of Hindu religion must play a key role in transforming the nation into a complete Hindu country.
On Friday, the Goshamahal legislator attended as chief guest to Hindu Garjana Sabha, organised by Hindutva organisations at Shivajinagar Park at Shivaji Nagar in Nalgonda.
Addressing the gathering, Raja Singh said 152 Christian countries and 33 Muslim countries were existing in the world, but there was an absolute Hindu country on the earth.
Left and other political parties seeking support from Minorites for their existence were ruining the identity of Hindus in the name of secularism, he felt.
Stating that there was no political interference on functioning of churches and mosques in the nation, he questioned the political interference in Hindu temples.
He urged youth to create awareness among Hindus on importance of saving the religion. Hindu Devalyala Parirakshana Samithi state president Ravinder, Sriram Sena Samithi state president Hindu Sriram and leaders of various Hindu organisations along with youngsters took part in the programme.
