e-Mulakat facility introduced in Bhadradri sub jail
The e-Mulakat facility has been launched in the sub-jail here with the help of the prison information system management mobile application. The facility which has been available in all prisons of the State has been extended to the sub-jail here.

Disclosing this to The Hans India here on Thursday, the sub-jail superintendent, K Ananda Rao, said those who want meet the prisoners should book the slot with the help of the mobile application indicating the date and time.
The prison officials will provide an opportunity to interact with the prisoner. CCTV cameras have been installed in the sub-jail and efforts were being made to bring transformation in the behaviour of the inmates, he said.
Measures are initiated to bring sea-change in the behavior of the inmates who have committed offences in a fit of anger. Daily yoga classes are arranged in mornings and evenings. Proposals to set up a plant nursery in the sub-jail have been initiated to improve the employment prospects of farmers, he added.
