CPM protests against delay of services at Bhadrachalam hospital
The CPM leaders took out a protest rally here on Wednesday over the delay in start of services at the recently inaugurated hospital in Bhadrachalam. After the rally, the agitators staged a dharna on the premises of the hospital. Addressing the protestors, CPM State committee secretariat member AJ Ramesh said the hospital has not started functioning though it was inaugurated some hundred days ago.

After the rally, the agitators staged a dharna on the premises of the hospital. Addressing the protestors, CPM State committee secretariat member AJ Ramesh said the hospital has not started functioning though it was inaugurated some hundred days ago.
The government had opened the hospital but not filled enough staff to start its operation, he alleged, urging the government to appoint the staff and doctors to commence the services. After the dharna, the party members submitted a memorandum to Resident Medical Officer Dr Yugandhar. Former MLA Kunja Bojji, party leaders M Renuka, MB Narsa Reddy, B Sarath Babu, G Swamy, Kondal Rao and others took part in the protest programme.
