Officials told to make payment of wages to NREGS workers
District Collector Gaurav Uppal ordered the officials concerned to achieve cent per cent targets in payment of wages to NREGS workers besides taking up their Aadhaar seeding, renewal of job cards, establishment of information and worksite boards.

On Thursday, the Collector along with Zilla Parishad CEO Hanuma Naik and District Rural Development Agency Project Director Anjaiah conducted a review meeting with MPDOs and NREGS APOs at DWAMA meeting hall in Nalgonda.
Addressing the officials, the Collector asked the officials to prepare a comprehensive plan for this year Haritha Haram and make it a grand success in the district.
The Collector suggested them to focus on construction and payments with regard to Individual Sanitary Latrines sanctioned under Swachh Bharat programme. He instructed the officials to make sure to see to that Aasara pensions reach the beneficiaries in time.
