MLA inspects road

Following a request by Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS) officials, local MLA Jalagam Venkat Rao along with KTPS Chief Engineer Murthy inspected the road near Palvoncha, which the KTPS uses to transport fly ash in lorries to other places.

The railway department had objected to the transport of fly ash through that road since it is very near to railway track. Following this, the KTPS officials explained to the MLA that the road is very near to their plant and requested him to solve the issue. The MLA assured the officials to speak with the railway officials about the issue.
