Officials asked to make all arrangements for Rama Navami
Roads and Building Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Friday directed the officials to make foolproof arrangements for the celestial wedding and coronation ceremony of Lord Rama which would be held on March 25.
Bharachalam: Roads and Building Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao on Friday directed the officials to make foolproof arrangements for the celestial wedding and coronation ceremony of Lord Rama which would be held on March 25.
The Minister chaired a review meeting with the officials of various departments here at Chitrakuta Mandapam in the temple premises to discuss various arrangements of Sri Rama Navami. Speaking in the meeting Tummala ordered the officials to take all necessary steps to maintain temple premises neat and clean. He also stated that all departments should maintain the coordination to make all arrangements in a smooth way.
The Minister told the officials to make VIP list and ensure all arrangements to them who are coming to participate in the Lord wedding ceremony. He also told officials to make sure all the arrangements for the drinking water and sanitation in the premises of the temple.
The Minister angry on Panchayat Secretary and Fire Officer who were absent the meeting and directed to the District Collector to take action on absentees of the meeting. The Minister Tummala asked the Police department to make the special protection and tight security for Chief Minister , Governor, VIPs, Ministers, MPs and MLAs, who will come to the celebrations. Tummala asked the Transport department to arrange special buses for festival to avoid inconvenience to the people.
The three days of the main event would be held in the Bhadrachalam from March 24 to 27. Mahabubabad MP A Seetharam Naik, MLC B Laxminarayana, MLAs P Venkateswarlu, K Kanakaiah, Zilla Parishad Chairmen G Kavitha, District Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu, Superintendent of Police Amber Kishore Jha, Joint Collector M Ram Kishan, ASP Sangram Patel, Sub-Collector Pamela Sathpathy, Temple Executive Officer K Prabhakar Srinivas, ZP CEO Nagesh, District librarians Chairmen D Rajender participated in the meeting.
