State Secretary of the Bahujana Left Front (BLF) Thammineni Veerabhadram urged party leaders and activists to continue their fight against the State and central governments for pursuing policies which were detrimental to the interests of the poor and the downtrodden.

Along with actor and writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, the BLF leader inaugurated the new building of the ‘Communist Party of India-Marxist’ Three Town committee in Khammam town on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Thammineni Veerabhadram said that the meeting that was held in the Hyderabad was a huge hit with the participation of large numbers of leaders and party activists from every corner of the State, especially thousands of party activists and leaders from Khammam district participated in large numbers and made it a grand success, he added.

The inaugural ceremony was held on a grand scale with a march past organised by left party leaders and volunteers dressed in red clothes, wearing red caps and carrying red flags covering 10 kilometers of distance in the city.

CPM State leaders Ponnam Venkateshwarlu, district CPM Secretary Nunna Nageshwar Rao and other leaders like Yerra Srikanth, Y Srinivas Rao, Three Town Committee leaders T Lingaiah, B Yakaiah, Srinivas Rao, Y Gopi, M Sathyam, S K Babu, B Veerababu, Upendra, Sudheer, Satyanarayana and V Nageshwar Rao were present along with others.
