Yadagirigutta: Yadagirigutta town Circle Inspector of Police Ashok Kumar on Monday released CCTV footage which showed that a person leaving the child, Arun, who surfaced at Patha Gutta Chowrastha here after being kidnapped a year ago.
Speaking to the media, Ashok Kumar said that an unknown person, wearing a red cap and jeans, was seen leaving Arun at Patha Gutta chowrasta at around 4.40 pm. He exuded confidence that the police would solve mystery.
The Circle Inspector said Arun told the police that he had been confined in Machilipatnam, but he was not able to tell the names of persons who kidnapped him.
