Gannamaneni Rajeswari, an NRI working in an investment bank in US has reportedly passed on crucial investment information of his customers to his wife G Deepthi and father G Linga Rao, who are residing in India.
The NEC court has issued orders for the seizure of the account in the US bank and three brokerage accounts. The information passed on included details about more than 40 mergers, acquisitions, tenders and corporate details.
The trio has reportedly made up to Rs 4 crore through this insider information.
