Srikakulam: AP is the only state which got huge amount of financial aid from the BJP led NDA government at center across the country said BJP Mahila Morcha national in-charge, D.Purandareswari. She attended as party main leaders meeting at Srikakulam on Friday and holds press conference before addressing the meeting.
On the occasion she explained that central government cleared Rs 20,000 crores revenue deficit in AP, providing funds to Polavaram project and fulfilled 90 percent assurances mentioned in state re-organization Act, 2014. She also explained that AP government failed to submit utilization certificates (UCs) on central funds in a proper format, as a result further grants stopped. Polavaram project is started only because of merger of seven mandals from Telangana to AP state by the BJP government which was left by Congress government she remembered.
Even after getting more funds from center TDP is accusing BJP government and PM, Narendra Modi and entered into unethical alliance with Congress and following double standards in two Telugu states with Congress which is being observed by the people of both states. CM, Chandrababu is releasing white papers on development works in the state by hiding facts regarding central government for those works like Rs 12,000 for each toilet out of total cost Rs 15,000 under the open deification free (ODF) state, Rs 75,000 crores for roads in the state etc she lamented.
