Commemorating World Animal Day, Magus Life Foundation held a ramp walk and a photography exhibition at Muse Art Gallery to spread awareness among the urban lot to conserve wildlife

After conducting series of events to spread awareness about animal suffering, the ‘Date with Wild & Beautiful’ by Magus Life Foundation came to a fitting halt at Muse Art Gallery on Sunday. The finale saw two art forms—fashion and wildlife photography, fusing together to shed some light on the grave issue. The event also marked the celebration of the World Animal Day, which also fell on the same day.

On the occasion, models walked the ramp sporting apparels themed on animals, while photographers Venkanna Narsaiah, Moukthik Reddy and Bommal Venkanna held a wildlife photography exhibition. “When we were approached to be a part of this noble cause we agreed to join in without a second thought. We strongly believe that since humans are the most evolved species on the planet, it puts a moral responsibility on our shoulders regarding the wellbeing of other creatures. We must protect and love animals as we love ourselves,” said Tejas and Harish.

“Mahatma Gandhi rightly said that the greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated. This is the main reason behind the inception of the idea of this event,” said Vibhuti Jain, project director, Magus Life foundation.
