Preparation of the list of the Congress shows the preparedness of the Congress party to meet the crucial 2019 general election in a highly confident way. And what it gives fodder to the excitement is the fact that Sonia Gandhi is going to contest from Rae Bareli and this has resurrected the party from its dormancy.
Another plus point adding verve to the party is its General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has already started stepping in the political milieu in Uttar Pradesh. The newly inducted General Secretary has been focussing on boosting the morale of the party’s workers in the state where the Congress has been trying to revive itself since the past almost 30 years now.
