The Congress, he said, believes in inclusive growth. "We want infrastructure, roads, growth, but more important is the welfare of the poor," he said. His party is counting on its flagship schemes to be big vote-getters in general elections next year and Assembly elections in five states, including Congress-ruled Rajasthan, in November.
