Nellore: Satish Dhawan Space Centre is getting ready for the launch of PSLV-C26 with IRNSS-1C satellite on board on October 9. SHAR director Dr M.Y.S. Prasad announced that the launch will take place from the LAUNCH PAD 1 in SHAR. He attributed the success of Mangalyaan to all the scientists of ISRO.
He said that the achievement is a great motivation to explore the outer space further. With regard to PSLV-C26, he said that three stages of the rocket have been assembled and the satellite, which was received from Bengaluru two weeks ago, will be placed in the fourth stage next week.
