OBAMA REALLY TO MAKE IN INDIA?

Arrival of US President Obama in India definetely a mile stone in Indo US relations which are till now only upto diplomatic level. Prime Minister Modi's visit to US gave a jolt to the stagnated trade relations. The reason for poor Indo US relations is the big brother attitude of the United States of America. US always established relations with countries either that country should become strategic political ally without individual diplomatic stance or which could be its arms consumer. India over the years inspite of issues and tensions with Pakisthan maintained its non-aligned status and adopted close relations with UN in maintaining world peace and order. So long as Pakistan wanted the arms of US to fight afghan rebals and so long as it served as US base during the cold ware period, the relations of US-Pak are at highest level.

US learned lot from losses of war mongerism in the shape of men and moeny, economic recession, industry slow down, unrest among public over rise of unemployment . These issues brought the successive US governments to their knees. From the days of Iraq war, US is continuously engaged in sending military troups to Islamic countries such as Syria, Afghanistan, Iran which resulted in more vulnerability to terrorist threats to the country and caused unrest in American citizens about the war policy. Not only US but its natural allies are also taking the beat of terrorist attacks. In this back drop of chain of wars terrorism started to spiral and a country that loves the freedom and liberty now in search of peace with a beacon in its hand.

President Obama who can termed as a progressive thinker identified that citizens priorities can be protected only through development of economy and employment growth. President Obama who is now considered as man of middle class and trying to wake up the American manufacturing sector which is on the back burner for long due to stiff competition from China, Germany, Korea and Japan. This tour of American president is in total sync with Modi's make in India as there going to be lot of technology transfer in military, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors, along with exploration of Oil and gas, automobiles. There is also scope of entry of American insurance companies, banks, construction, nuclear power compaines to India.

President Obama signalled a positive sign in favour of India by asking the Pak to contain terrorism on its soil and also to bring 26/11 mumbai terrorists to book. Modi government has to be carefull in maintaining a balanced attitude towards the taking stance on ISIS. India should not get stamped as an ally of US in global combat against ISIS terrorism. We in India always condemened terrrorism whatever its shape througout the world and are recognised as champions of Peace and Ahimsa in this land of Gautam Budda, Ashoka and last but not the least as Gandhians. So we need not join the forces of US to spcecifically end ISIS. Similarly India should exercise its caution in accepting set up of hazardious industries( Union carbide , Bhopal tragedy experience), hotel and restaurant chains which made US citizens unfit with useless fat contents.

Government should never comes so easy that too for second time without any signs of positive gains from India so long as its WIN-WIN situation nothing wrong in welcoming Obama.
