Udhagamamndalam: A 12-foot long python which entered a vegetable field was caught on Monday in Solur village, about 30 km from here, forest department officials said. Villagers informed the officials of it and they rushed to the spot and managed to trap if after about two hours, they said. The python was later released into the North Division forest area, a few km away from the village, they said.
