Demanding declassification of top secret 41 files regarding Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, All India Legal Aid Forum (AILAF) and Supreme Court Advocates’ General Secretary, Joydeep Mukherjee urged the Union government to send a letter to Russian government for disclosing KGB files regarding the death of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Siberia jail, in Oms city of Russia.
Hyderabad: Demanding declassification of top secret 41 files regarding Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, All India Legal Aid Forum (AILAF) and Supreme Court Advocates’ General Secretary, Joydeep Mukherjee urged the Union government to send a letter to Russian government for disclosing KGB files regarding the death of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in Siberia jail, in Oms city of Russia.
The AILAF has been going round the country organising the movement demanding the truth about Netaji’s death mystery be made public. The AILAF also demanded the Central government to declare January 23 Netaji's Birthday, as National Holiday.
The AILAFis demanding the Central government to declassify the book namely, "History of INA & Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose " written by historian Praful Chandra Gupta which has been classified by Jawaharlal Nehru and kept as classified document in the Defence Academy of Central government till today.
The other demands include a "Bronze statue" of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and a memento in the commemorate of INA be put up in front of Lal Qila.
