Quinoa Masala Pulao a traditional Sunday dinner with all the right things – and it’s super tasty!

Ingredients

  • Raw quinoa 150 gms
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped 200 gms
  • Green capsicum, finely chopped 100 gms
  • French beans, finely chopped 150 gms
  • Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
  • Coriander, finely chopped ½ cup
  • Ghee 1 tsp
  • Salt and lemon juice to taste

Method

  • Cook the quinoa with 300 ml water, put it in a bowl and set aside
  • Take ghee in a kadai (wok), sauté french beans
  • Add capsicum. Roast it for few seconds.
  • Add tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, salt and cooked quinoa
  • Mix well.
  • Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over it
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
