Quinoa Masala Pulao a traditional Sunday dinner with all the right things – and it’s super tasty!
Ingredients
- Raw quinoa 150 gms
- Tomatoes, finely chopped 200 gms
- Green capsicum, finely chopped 100 gms
- French beans, finely chopped 150 gms
- Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
- Coriander, finely chopped ½ cup
- Ghee 1 tsp
- Salt and lemon juice to taste
Method
- Cook the quinoa with 300 ml water, put it in a bowl and set aside
- Take ghee in a kadai (wok), sauté french beans
- Add capsicum. Roast it for few seconds.
- Add tomatoes, pav bhaji masala, salt and cooked quinoa
- Mix well.
- Allow it to cook for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice over it
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
