Marshmallow on the AT&T variant of the Note 5 was spotted all the way back in February. It’s unknown what caused the delay as the Verizon and Sprint variants received the update in March and T-Mobile’s was updated in April.
The update was officially released this morning for the G928A model of the Galaxy S6 Edge+ and N920A Galaxy Note 5. Marshmallow on a popular phablets will undoubtedly boost next month’s Android distribution numbers — at least a little bit. Currently, the latest release is on just barely over 10% of all devices.
