Hyderabad: The state government of Telangana was asked to respond by Justice A. Rajasekhar Reddy of the High Court on Wednesday concerning a plea by the management of the Kakatiya Techno School in Medak district challenging the withdrawal of its recognition by the education department.

It is learnt that the petitioner told the court that the government authorities had withdrawn the recognition granted to the school following the tragic mishap of the school bus at an unmanned railway level crossing in the Masaipet village of the Medak district.

Honourable Justice Rajasekhar Reddy directed the authorities to submit a report before the court by explaining the reasons for cancelling the recognition granted to the petitioner school.
