Nagender said once he had committed the mistake of joining the TDP. But I left the party immediately as he was not able to adapt himself to new surroundings. “I came back to the Congress. If the State government troubles me, I can also trouble the state government," he observed.

He said he cannot predict whether MIM would ally with the Congress or not in the ensuing GHMC elections.

The power the TRS was enjoying would not work in its favour in the elections, he said. The former minister further said, “if KCR cannot implement his election promises, then people will teach him a lesson.’ He said the TRS government was insensitive to the common man.

The government was taking up integrated survey on August 19. Such a venture would entail the poor to remain confined to their houses. If so, they would lose their bread on that day, he said. He was against the party leaders making personal allegations against Telangana State Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
