KCR used Telangana movement to lure people, he alleged, adding, that KCR betrayed people by making empty promises. “There will soon be a downfall,” said the senior Congress leader.
He was addressing people as part of election campaigning for Congress candidate Sunitha Laxma Reddy in the Medak by-polls.
