Telangana: Stay order for re-registration of vehicles issued

The state High Court issued a stay order for the re-registration of the vehicles and ordered the state government of Telangana to not make any move ahead, without its permission. The judicial bench during the arguments posed many questions to the state government and the Transport department. They wondered why the state government was bothering the people with the process of re-registration.

They wondered how it was possible to go for re-registration of the vehicle even before formulating a necessary act. The honourbale court has reportedly viewed the matter seriously and opined that it was not fair to undertake anything just for the reason of having power in hand.
