Krishnaiah flays govt for ignoring BC welfare

Hyderabad: TDP MLA R Krishnaiah here on Thursday flayed the TRS government for ignoring the welfare of the Backward Classes.

Taking to the reporters here, Krishnaiah, who is also the president of All India Backward Classes Association, said the government had allotted more funds when the state remained united for the welfare of the BCs.

Now the TRS government had made just 2 per cent allotment for the welfare of the BCs, he said. He demanded that the Kalyana Lakshmi programme be implemented to benefit the most backward communities. He urged the government to make more allotments for education and establish Telangana State Service Commission immediately.
