Before that the assembly sessions were postponed for brief interval;s of 10 min and half hour. At around 12:30 the protest reached the peak, and the oppositions parties denied to back down. Congress leaders fired up on TRS government for not conducting discussions on Party defection act.

The chaos started from the questionnaire session itself. The prime opposition congress demanded for the immediate discussion on the party defection act. They wore the black badges to represent their protest.
