AP Express to get rechristened as Telangana Express M.Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Urban Development Minister said that the AP Express train which runs between Hyderabad and Delhi is soon to be renamed as Telangana Express.
On Friday, M.Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Urban Development Minister said that the AP Express train which runs between Hyderabad and Delhi is soon to be renamed as Telangana Express.
Venkaiah Naidu also added that Andhra Pradesh will be getting a new train from Vijayawada to Delhi along with a new railway zone.
The decision to rechristen the name to Telangana Express from AP Express was taken by the Railway Authorities after Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao wrote to the Railway Ministry over the issue.
