Devotees’ relay hunger strike enters third day.The relay hunger strike launched by the devotees protesting against the laxity of the police in nabbing the culprits who stole the Panchaloha idol of Goddess Bhavani at the Bonamma temple in the town, entered the third day on Saturday.

The idol was stolen 15 days ago by some miscreants and the police failed to make any breakthrough till now. Leaders of several political parties like the TRS, BJP, TDP, Congress, VHP and RSS visited the hunger strike camp and expressed their solidarity with the devotees. special police teams were set up to nab the culprits and recover the stolen Panchaloha idol.
