Vaktha’, a public-speaking training programme, organised by Kausalya School of Training --wing of HMTV--on Sunday successfully conducted its 24th training programme. The participants expressed happiness that the programme had given them a new confidence and had made them fearless to speak from a public platform.

Hyderabad: ‘Vaktha’, a public-speaking training programme, organised by Kausalya School of Training --wing of HMTV--on Sunday successfully conducted its 24th training programme. The participants expressed happiness that the programme had given them a new confidence and had made them fearless to speak from a public platform. They said they have got more than what they had expected from the training programme.

Director (Training) Kapil Group D. Bal Reddy distributed the certificates to 31 participants. Sharing their experiences during the training, the participants felt that the modular of the programme and the faculty which trained them so well in public speaking have made them proud. They had special praises for faculty members Anand and Azad, for their in dept Dr. M. Venkateshwar Rao of Khammam district, who was one the participants, said Vaktha programme is not just a training in public-speaking, but it trains them the skills of life.

“The programme trains participants how to think like an individual and how to speak out their mind clearly and without any hesitation”. Another participant D. Ravinder Reddy said that before attending the programme he had stage fear, but, now he is confident of speaking from the stage anywhere and anytime. M. Durgaprasad of Nalgonda district said apart from public speaking, the programme gives training on voice modulation.

‘Vaktha’ programme tells us how to develop our voice culture. Among the prominent people who participated in the training programme included K. Ramaraju, MPTC of Pocharam in Medak district, T. Radha, a ZPTC member from Nalgonda district and G. Bhaskar. K. Madhududan Reddy who works in city-based Aurobindo Pharma, said the programme was of immense help to any person and hoped that the HMTV will carry on with the programme. According to K. Bhaskar, a teacher from Warangal district, “if an individual wants to speak without fear from any stage, ‘Vaktha’ is the right forum to improve oneself.”
