Gutta seeks probe into irregularities in tractor allocation

Hyderabad: Congress MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy demanded that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao order an enquiry into the allegations of tractor allocation to mandals. Speaking inside the Assembly premises on Wednesday, he claimed that there were irregularities in identifying the beneficiaries. He held that the Ministers in KCR’s Cabinet had used influence in identifying the beneficiaries, while doing injustice to the real beneficiaries. Sukhender Reddy alleged that there were indications that Ministers colluded with the tractor companies in finalising the deal. Therefore, the Chief Minister who wished to run a transparent and corruption free government should be cautious about the developments.
