Centre considers weavers proposals

Union Minister of State for Labour & Employment Bandaru Dattatreya on Friday led a delegation to the Union Minister of State for Textiles Santosh Gangawar to set up Central Handloom Skill Development Training Institute for Weavers at Pochampalli, and to open depots for all the registered Weavers Cooperative Societies for supply of subsidized yarn (cotton and silk).But Gangawar has agreed to this subject to receipt of the proposals from the Government of Telangana.
