Hyderabad: Justice P V Sanjay Kumar of the High court at Hyderabad on Wednesday directed the authorities of NIMS not to finalise the tenders for supply of semi-skilled and unskilled employees for the state of art medical institution in the city.

The bench took on file two writ pleas filed by P S Man Power Suppliers and another. The petitioners contended that the terms of the tender were vague and also that they did not clarify on various aspects. It was pointed out that the tender had prescribed that government norms must be followed in areas where there were no prescribed government norms.

It was also contended that the requirement on minimum wages was also not clear as the government had fixed different sets of minimum wages. The judge granted one weeks time for the NIMS to respond.
