Telangana to launch 'Grama Jyoti' programme for village development

Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would announce the programme on August 15 and works on the initiative would start on August 17, according to a state government release.
The programme envisages preparing plans for development of villages for five years and involving residents of the village in different development works in big way, it said.
