The Crime Investigation Department of Andhra Pradesh summoned the driver and gunman of Telangana State Minister for Information Technology K Tarakarama Rao on Wednesday in connection with the cash-for-vote case.

Hyderabad: The Crime Investigation Department of Andhra Pradesh summoned the driver and gunman of Telangana State Minister for Information Technology K Tarakarama Rao on Wednesday in connection with the cash-for-vote case.
The CID has summoned the duo after Jerusalem Mathaiah, one of the five accused persons in the cash-for-vote scam in Telangana approached the AP CID, stating that he was being threatened by some persons to name AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu as the conspirator in the case of bribing TRS nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson.
The duo, gunman Janaki Ram and driver Satyanarayana, was summoned to appear before CID office in Vijayawada on August 14 for questioning. Meanwhile, the Telangana State ACB officials summoned TDP leader Nara Lokesh’s driver M Kondal Reddy to appear for questioning on August 13 in connection with the cash-for-vote case.
