Telangana state minister Indrakaran Reddy and MP Jitender Reddy are in the news for wrong reasons. Both have landed in controversy over their Dussehra celebrations as they fired gun shots in the air.
According to the reports, Indrakaran Reddy fired gunshots in the air on the day of Dussehra after performing ayudha puja rituals in Adilabad at his residence while Jitender Reddy also followed the action on the eve of Dussehra. The incident came to light recently when pictures of Minister Indrakaran Reddy firing the gun were released by the media.
While it is said that the celebrations were done following Telangana culture, Opposition has demanded to initiate action against both Indrakaran Reddy, Jitender Reddy and police are inquiring on the issue.
