Hyderabad: The Telangana State government will soon conduct a comprehensive land resurvey using modern technology, said Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) Raymond Peter.

Inaugurating a two-day national seminar on “National Land Survey Policy--- Land Records, Modern Methods by Centre for Land Use Management” at Taj Deccan on Friday, Raymond said that the State government will adopt modern methods for lands survey.

“The government is also making efforts to digitise all the data and details of lands across the State,” he said, adding that, “With this, the entire land data will become online for better knowledge and for gathering details of land bank availability.”

Reymond shared that the Centre was ready to provide funds for land survey, which will be taken up soon. He also mentioned that they have already completed the land survey in Nizamabad district. “We will begin the digitisation of the lands in the State”, he added.
