Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Monday met President Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Nilayam in Hyderabad where he held discussions on the social welfare schemes being implemented in the state by the TDP government.
Chandrababu invited Pranab Mukherjee to attend the pilot project on agriculture - Neeru-Pragati scheme in Anantapur district that is scheduled on December 29 and elaborated about the scheme being launched to make the state drought-free. The Chief Minister also invited the President to attend the CII summit that will be held from January 10-12 next year in Visakha.
