TSTPS one of the country’s largest stations: NTPC CMD
Chairman and Managing Director, NTPC, Gurdeep Singh stated the Telangana State Thermal Power Station (TSTPS) will be one of the largest stations in the country. The foundation stone was laid for the station and the constructions of phase-I was on. The CMD made this comments during his visit to Ramagundam STPS on Thursday.
Karimnagar: Chairman and Managing Director, NTPC, Gurdeep Singh stated the Telangana State Thermal Power Station (TSTPS) will be one of the largest stations in the country. The foundation stone was laid for the station and the constructions of phase-I was on. The CMD made this comments during his visit to Ramagundam STPS on Thursday.
Later, in a meeting with senior executives, he reviewed the progress of the station and challenges ahead. He also interacted with office bearers of different unions and associations. Speaking on the occasion, Singh termed NTPC-Ramagundam as world-class station and opined that the Top Plant-2015 award and Overall BE Excellence award further added feathers in its cap.
He said Ramagundam has really moved forward with its all-round excellence and asked the team Ramagundam to take the station to next level with the thrust on health, safety and environment.
