Hyderabad: A two judge bench of the High Court at Hyderabad comprising acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice P Naveen Rao on Friday summoned the Commissioner Kakatiya Urban Development Authority.
The bench is dealing with a PIL questioning the laying of a road through a college in Warangal. When the standing counsel for the Authority failed to produce the necessary material in the matter, the bench voiced its displeasure.
When the bench was informed that the Commissioner was on leave till July 22, it directed the official to be present on that day with necessary documents failing which a non-bailable warrant would be issued.
