Lashing out at the opposition parties for raking up the issue of corruption in implementing Haritha Haram, TRS MLA V Veeresham on Tuesday demanded that the Congress leaders show evidence.
Hyderabad: Lashing out at the opposition parties for raking up the issue of corruption in implementing Haritha Haram, TRS MLA V Veeresham on Tuesday demanded that the Congress leaders show evidence.
The TRS MLA said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had initiated Haritha Haram with a vision to improve green cover in the State as a long-term goal. He alleged that the Congress working president MLA Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu had been opposing each and every programme initiated by the government.
The TRS leader challenged the Congress leader to prove allegations by producing evidence. “Bhatti Vikramarka should come out with evidence and not make sweeping allegations for the sake of publicity. The opposition party is running out of issues, hence Congress party was misleading people by making allegations,” said Veeresham.
