Rama Rao is arrayed as the third accused in the recent tragedy where the portico of the Centre had collapsed taking the life of one person and seriously injuring few others.
Senior counsel DV Sitaram Murthy pointed out that the petitioner had nothing to do with the accident and that the architect had undertaken the entire task and safety responsibility.
