Bizmen asked to invest in TS Tourism

Hyderabad: Tourism Minister A Chandulal exhorted the businessmen to come and invest in Telangana, which has become a favourite tourist destination in Southern India. Addressing a three-day Incredible India Tourism Investor Summit, jointly conducted by Union
Tourism department and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in New Delhi on Friday, the Minister wooed the industrialists to make
investments in the youngest State which was making rapid strides in every sector.

"Telangana has best tourism destinations, old temples, historical monuments, citadels. It is also noted for Bathukamma and Bonalu, the
State festivals reflecting ancient culture and tradition and lifestyle of the women folk. The industrialists can come and invest at the
choicest of these places and partner with Telangana," he said. "We have come up with first of its kind new industrial policy giving
permissions within two weeks and investors can make use of it," the minister reminded.

Earlier Union Tourism Minister Mahesh Sharma praised Telangana for going ahead with innovative ideas and inventions in tourism sector.
