​Hyderabad: Alleging that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who gave several assurances failed to fulfill even a single one, CPM State secretary Tammineni Veerabadram asked the government to provide the governance that would change the lives of the people.

Tammineni participated in a public meeting held at Wanaparthy as part of CPM Mahajana Padayatra here on Monday. Several leaders and eminent persons extended their support to Tammineni on the occasion.

Tammineni’s Padayatra reached 21st day on Monday. Cine actors Madala Ravi, Wanaparthy MLA G Chinna Reddy extended their support to Thammineni’s padayatra. The padayatra on 21st day started at Remaddula village in Wanaparthy district and went to Wanaparthy through Thirumalpuram, Appayapally, Munnanuru.

Addressing the public meeting, Tammineni made it clear that they have launched padayatra expecting change in the lives of the people.

Minority leader MD Abbas demanded the government to allocate the Inam lands, which were in the hands of doras in the State, as the Muslim people were facing a lot of troubles.

Chinna Reddy said there was no change in the lives of the people though the people sacrificed their lives to achieve separate Telangana State.
