Newly married woman stabbed to death in Khammam
A woman was stabbed to death allegedly by her husband in Khammam district. The deceased has been identified as Renuka who belongs to Mustafa Nagar of Khammam district and had married Venkanna of Kusumanchi village 16 days back.
A woman was stabbed to death allegedly by her husband in Khammam district. The deceased has been identified as Renuka who belongs to Mustafa Nagar of Khammam district and had married Venkanna of Kusumanchi village 16 days back.
Renuka was earlier married to someone else but their marriage didn't work out for unknown reasons which let to their split. Venkanna who works as a driver in Khammam fell in love with her and proposed marriage. With their parents approval, the couple got married.
Renuka's mother Punamma on Saturday tried to contact her but when the calls went unanswered she visited her daughter's house. However, Renuka was witnessed lying in a pool of blood. The police was informed and the investigation has begun regarding the same. The reason behind the heinous crime is yet to be known.
